Our return and exchange policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. During Holiday times (Christmas / Hanukkah) our return and exchange policy lasts 20 days. If 20 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

How To Make A Return Or Exchange

You can make a return or exchange two ways. 

Option 1: (If You Registered For An Account)

-Go To www.playonpatterns.com

-Log In To Your Account

-Under Manage Your Account Click "Completed"

-Click "Return Item(s)"

-Select The Reason for exchange 

-Select Return Action

-Tell us what the new size or color you would like (Exchanges Only)

-Submit Request

 We will then review your request and if your order is eligible for a return or exchange you will receive an email with the return address.

Option 2: (If You Checked Out As A Guest) 

If you believe your item is eligible for a return or exchange please contact info@playonpatterns.com and include your name and order number and whether you want to make an exchange or return.

We will then review your request and if your order is eligible for a return or exchange you will receive an email with the return address.

Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

Returns

To be eligible for a return, all merchandise must be unworn and unwashed and in the same condition. Any merchandise suspected of being previously worn and/or washed will be returned to the customer at their expense.

A refund will be sent back to the original form of payment for qualifying merchandise only. Returns for merchandise will be for the cost of the merchandise only, shipping costs are non-refundable.

All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless Play On Patterns Inc. was at fault for any reason. If the fault was ours, your shipping expense will be refunded to you. Play On Patters will only reimburse standard shipping expenses. Expedited or Express services will not be reimbursed.


Exchanges

Exchanges must be made for like apparel of equal or lesser value. If the requested item for exchange is out of stock, the customer will be contacted via email. However, if there is no response within three (3) business days, the exchange will be held until we receive a response.
If you purchase new items to replace a return ahead of time, please provide your Order Number for validation.

Sale Items / Gift Cards

All sale items and gift cards are final and are ineligible for return or exchange.

Must Contact Us Within The Following days to be Eligible for Return or Exchange

- 7 days from delivery for US & international orders

- 20 days from delivery for orders during Holiday sales (Christmas / Hanukkah)

Please allow up to five (5) business days to process any qualifying returns. Packages shipped back to us without tracking that fail to arrive are the responsibility of the customer. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
